Plan installments may be paid at any of EPI branches, accredited banks, collection partners and licensed sales associates.
Current billing statement or installment due notice is required in paying at accredited banks and collection partners. For planholders paying outside the country, they may use RCBC Telemoney facility. Paying at these facilities will require that the plan is on active status. The deposit slip or the machine validated installment due notice serves as official receipt of payments made.
Licensed sales associates are also authorized to accept installment payments from their planholders. A provisional receipt shall be given and the Official Receipt is issued after remittance to any of the branches. (If no Official Receipt is received within 30 days, please confirm your payment with our Customer Service Unit).

A plan is considered lapsed if the installment due is not paid within 60 days after due date. It can be reinstated at any time within two (2) years.

Planholders may contact Conservation Department for assistance in transferring a pre-need plan to another eligible person.
Termination of plan and availment of Guaranteed Cash Value
Planholders may terminate their plan and avail themselves of the Guaranteed Cash Value at any time during the validity of the plan, subject to pre-determined values at the time the plan is terminated.

Note: The date of surrender pertains to the date the request is submitted to Eternal Plans, Inc. Upon receipt of the Guaranteed Cash Value, the contract is deemed terminated.
