• 2 CORPORATE ACCOUNT OFFICER – Male/Female, at least 21 years old, graduate of any Business related course, related work experience is an advantage, computer literate.


• 1 HRMD MANAGER – Male/Female, 26 to 30 years old, graduate of any 4 years course, with at least 2 years experience preferably in HR related services.


• 4 TRAINING OFFICERS – Male/Female, at least 21 years old, graduate of BS Commerce, Psychology and Business related work experience is an advantage, computer literate.


• 2 COST ESTIMATOR – Male/Female, at least 21 years old, graduate of any Business related course major in Accounting or Mathematics, computer literate.


• 1 SPECIAL PROJECTS & CUSTOMER RELATIONS ASST. – Female 21 to 27 years old, preferably Business Administration or Mass Communication graduate preferably with 1 to 2 years relevant experience with background in promotion, etc.


• 3 ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES – Male/Female at least 20 years old, graduate of Mass Communication or any Business related course, computer literate.


• 2 PROGRAMMER – Male/Female at least 20 years old, graduate of BS  Computer Science, computer literate, knowledgeable in Visual Basic & Foxpro.


• 2 NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR – Male/Female, at least 20 years old, graduate of BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering of ECE, computer literate.


• 5 AUDIT ASSITANTS – Male/Female, at least 20 years old, graduate of BS Accountancy, a Certified Public Accountant, computer literate.


• 1 EVENTS MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT- Male/Female, at least 20 years old, graduate of BS Mass Communications, Advertising, or Marketing, computer literate.


• 4 MARKETING ASSISTANT – Male/Female, at least 21 years old, graduate of any business course, computer literate.


• 8 CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALISTS – Male/Female, at least 21 years old, graduate of any Business related or Medical Allied course computer literate.


• 2 JR. BILLS PROCESSORS – Male/Female, at least 21 years old, graduate of BS Marketing or any Business related course, computer literate.


• 1 PURCHASING CLERK - Male/Female, at least 21 years old and above, graduate of any Business related course, computer literate.


• 1 Project Manager- Licensed Civil Engineer, with at least five (5) years experience in design and/or construction management of vertical and/or horizontal projects. Knowledgeable in project biddings, budget scheduling, contract management and subcontract progress monitoring. Familiar with project development processes, priorities and procedure to ensure the timely completion and delivery.


• Project Engineer- Licensed Civil Engineer, with at least three (3) to five (5) years experience in the construction of villas, commercial buildings and other land development projects. Able to effectively supervise and coordinate the construction   team, which includes clients, consultants, internal/external parties, suppliers and subcontractors.Knowledgeable in construction detailing works or shop drawings. Well versed in AutoCAD. 


• Marketing Manager - Graduate of a Marketing or any related course, with five (5) years working experience in marketing or related fields. Creative and resourceful, and has excellent experience in developing event strategies and objectives that align with corporate strategies and goals. Knowledgeable in tri- media campaign and able to establish and maintain relevant contact database.


• Sales/ Marketing Director- Graduate of any related course, well versed in sales and marketing. Must have experience in marketing of real estate projects. Must have good communication skills and be computer literate


• Sales Admin Head- Preferably a graduate of Marketing or any related course, experience in sales is an advantage, must be computer literate.


• Accounting Head- Must be a CPA, with Two (2) to three (3) years experience in the same field. Familiar with accounting systems, procedures and controls and computation of taxes. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and flexible and with strong personality, must be computer literate.


• Credit and Collection Assistant- Graduate of Accountancy or any related course, at least two (2) to three (3) years experience in the same capacity. Honest, organized with leadership quality, must be computer literate.
